Change page background color
  1. View format.css.
  2. Press ENTER to place the cursor on line 17.
  3. Right-click on the page.

    When the menu appears, click CSS Styles, then New.
  4. When the New CSS Style window appears, make sure the Tag radio button is selected.

    Then click body in the Tag list.
