Create forms
Begin a form
  1. Open Dreamweaver, then open the Vacation site.
  2. Create a new blank page, and save it with the file name infoform.html.
  3. Title the page Request for Information.
  4. Link it to format.css.
  5. On the page, type:

    Fill out the following form to get more information about traveling West:
  6. Press the ENTER key on your keyboard to place the cursor in a new paragraph.
