4. In the Image Size window, make sure the Scale Styles, Resample Image, and Constrain Proportions checkboxes are checked.

   

   TIP: Constrain Proportions automatically adjusts the height of the graphic to match the change in width.
5. In the Resolution box, type:
   100
   In the Width box for pixels, type:
   200
