Lighten graphics
  1. Right-click this link (Mac users, press the CTRL key while pressing the mouse button.):

    lincoln.jpg

    Save lincoln.jpg in the Fireworks Graphics folder, then open it.

    TIP: Notice that this graphic is too dark to see what's in the photograph.
  2. On the Menu Bar, click Filters, Adjust Color, then Brightness/Contrast.

  3. When the Brightness/Contrast window appears, type:

    50

    in the Brightness box.
