  1. If you haven't already downloaded Addresses.docx, right-click Addresses.docx (Mac users, press the CTRL key while pressing the mouse button.) and download Addresses.docx to the Word Documents folder.
  2. Create a new document using the Urban Letter template in Installed Templates.
  3. Enter One World Travel for the Company Name.
  4. For the Company Address, type:

    123 Main Street
    Hampstead, MD 21074
  5. For the text of the letter, type:

    Thank you for your interest in our fall Paris tours. I've enclosed an itinerary for the tour. I'll call you next week to answer any questions you may have.
  6. Type Joe Addler as the sender of the letter.
  7. Create a mail merge letter using Addresses.docx as the data source.
