  1. Create a new brochure based on the Bubbles Informational Brochure template.
  2. Leave the Page Size as three-panel.
  3. Change the Customer Address option to Include.
  4. Leave the Form option set to None.
  5. On page 1, extend the text box that contains the text "This is a good place..." down to the bottom of the yellow graphic.
  6. Change the size of the text in this box to 14 pt.
  7. Go to page 2 of the brochure.
