Set up the mail merge
  1. Right-click this link (Mac users, press the CTRL key while pressing the mouse button.):

    Addresses.doc

    Download Addresses.doc and save it the Word Documents folder in the My Documents folder.
  2. On the Standard toolbar, click the icon.

  3. On the Menu Bar, click Tools, Letters and Mailings, then Mail Merge.
